What You’ll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues accurately and present solutions professionally
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience every visit
- Work according to company standards and safety practices
- Assist with mentoring and training junior technicians
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong diagnostic skills and customer communication
